We are an ethical company. Our products are designed to respect your trust, safety, quality, customer support, and privacy expectations. We follow fair pricing, and provide free product updates.
We believe good friends don't spy on their friends to steal and sell their information. So we collect only the information we need to serve you product features, fix errors, and improve product security.
Here is a short summary of key elements we use and why:

Email address: We collect email for user authentication & payment identification purposes. It helps us improve app functionality, maintain account security and prevent fraud. We do not use it to sell any information to advertisers or any other third parties.

Notifications: To remind you of your to do items and other needed actions. For sending notifications, we use a dynamic ID which is never stored permanently. It is deleted once you delete the app and a new one is assigned upon reinstallation.

Crash monitoring: To help us detect when our code and/or server runs into an error during app usage. This does not include any personal information. You can opt out of this or choose to help us make your experience better.
All the data you create while using the app can be deleted from within the app itself via privacy choices option in menu.
GDPR Regulations
- Only personal information we collect is your email address. This is used to create and manage your account.
- We associate your email address with certain device identifiers to provide you login assistance, enhance app security and prevent fraud. It is not used for any other purpose including advertising or marketing.
- Email address is necessary for us to fulfil our contractual obligations to you. We will retain your email address for as long as you have an active account. If you choose to delete your account, your email address will be permanently deleted within 90 days.
You can always change your email address or delete your account in your settings.
- To provide you with our services, we may need to process your information, mentioned above, to countries outside the European Union, where data protection laws may be different & your data could be subject to different government access and legal frameworks than those in the EU. You can learn more about these risks and your data rights in our Privacy Policy.
- Please note that refunds are not possible. We explain this before you purchase our service and any data is processed.
All our customers, including you, have following rights including Access to your data, Rectification of inaccurate data, Erasure of your data etc. You can exercise these as explained in our privacy policy here.
Delete my data
The "Ethics and privacy" option within application menu allows you to manage your data. It has two options:
1. Privacy options: You can choose whether to help us improve the application with crash/error information.
2. Delete Account: This option allows you to delete any data you may have created while using the application. Once the data is deleted you can start using the application afresh.
That's it.
